important procedures that all integrated and work together to produce the final outcome in form of
information which is useful for the enterprise. So, all of these key feature work together in

work easier in front of client.
In channel distribution different software are use which help organization to keep system smooth
like it helps them in a way that it tell about the inventory in warehouse, inventory in outlets, when
to send new supply, manage the demand requested by customer and many other benefits like
tracking of product and help making analyses for future steps.
Customer relation department software like Customer interaction management are used to maintain
the record of conversation done with customer, maintain their data, resolve their query etc.
In it department it is used to help in making decision making future decision like updates are
required in current system, either its time to shift to new software or modification is required in IT
