on different occasions in Quran and Holy prophet also teaches us the economic frame work
of Islam. Islamic economic frame work and principles are accordance of shariah and take
material, spiritual, social and political aspects of human life. In this economic frame work
economic resources are use in the most efficient and equitable manner and considering the
human needs. The principles are multi faced ownership, competitive environment, economic
freedom with certain limitations and social justice.

Conventional economic system is driven by materialistic needs, scarcity, self-interest,
opportunity, cost benefit etc. On the other hand, Islamic frame work allow us to utilize the
resources in the best manner so that wastage is minimum.

So, when we talk about the principles of economic frame work it is based on some major
guide lines such as the spiritual material mix of success, the public private mix of property,
Zakat, Waqf, no interest involvement in economic circle in any means. Interest is considered
as war against Allah and Prophet which is totally against the concept of Muslims. These are
the major principals of Islamic economic frame work. In these businesses are not allowed to
deal in any contract or investment of products and services which are prohibited according to
shariah such as alcohol, drugs and many other activities.

Objectives of Islamic economic framework are in accordance with concept that represent
Islamic laws which take public and private aspects of life in to consideration and tries to give
them maximum benefits. It also helps in dealing day to day matters which we come across
which is like brotherhood, socio economic justice, families, mental peace, social harmony,
market mechanism, society an good governance, politics, business etc. Islamic economic
frame work operates to improve human welfare which helps in preservation of enrichment of
Muslim faith, human life, protection of wealth and distribution.

The framework mainly aim to establish a society with ideal platform for everyone which
contain justice, social security, where organizations can are most welcome to do activities
according to guidelines of Islamic law to remove evil deeds from the society and in solidarity
with the needy people.

Islamic economic frame work includes many different element and if those elements are take
in to full use so the society would flourish like the major major elements are the freedom of
doing business, proper way dealing in everything like dealing in weights so it should be
accurate, do charity so that needy also can survive that is why zakat is made compulsory on
wealthy people, modesty is the best characteristic if every one follows it so whole society will
be a better place for everyone. Do charity, be modest, use waqf to get more rewards and uplift
the economic system of state. Utilize the the Baitul maal in a right way so that all the needies
in the society can attain their basic needs.

Economic frame work revolve around the Muslim and the Islamic state, It tries to provide the
basic needs of people in the most decent manner

Islamic concept of business focusing on Gainful and losing business.

Doing business is one of the sun-nah of Holy prophet (P.B.U.H). Before he was appointed
as prophet he use to be a merchant. Islam appreciate if a person do hard work and earn money
for himself and his family. Allah dislikes the lazy people.

The Islamic concept of Gaining business contains 3 major elements those are knowing the best
investment, making good judgement and following the right conduct as Islam guide us. A
good investment is the one that can get us highest possible return. So with some deep
research we can achieve this. Like before investing in any business we should properly gather
all the information and analyze that so that investment can turn out to be fruitful.
Making the sound judgement in any kind of business is very necessary. Like if market’s
condition is not so well, so we should make quick and smart decisions. Making sound
judgment after collecting all information, verify the information and discuss with the
experience people so that our decision be strong and fruitful.
Following the right conduct means that we should follow all the ethics of conducting business
that has been told to us by our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and in Quran. As a Muslim we
should never go against our ethics and Islamic laws because rizq is in hand of Allah. If we
follow the path of Allah we will be successful in the end.

The Islamic concept of Losing business is that which may bring profit in short run but if we
consider it for long term it is in fruitful for us and society too. For example to explain this
concept we take any act which does not follows Islamic guidelines or its is against Islam so
by doing that we might end up having prophet in world but after life we have to punishment
for that. One example could a Muslim doing alcohol business in world he will earn money and
that is short run but if we take this into long run perception it will cost him too much on day
of judgement. Another example could be the person who is not avoiding interest from his
business activities so he might end up in earning profit in world but he will for sure face
repercussions. Dealing a contract on false term or we are speaking lie to other party so it is
also considered as losing business in Islamic concepts.

Business Today In Pakistan

Business helps in raising countries economy by increasing export which leads to better image across the world and helps to increase your currency value. Business also helps in betterment of relations between two different countries which benefits both economy and the business. In today’s date heavy taxes have taken over businesses in pakistan. as we look into Pakistan’s business growth across the last decade we could see the graph going down since the last change of government due to heavy tax imposed, on people and the products, by them due to which people cant do business with the free hand and free mind with many insecurities of various prices in mind. Imposing taxes has increased the problems of business men due to which they have stop the investment which leads to less export of the country due to which the imports of the country has been increased and which have lead to the devalue of our currency. Not only it has decreased due to increase in import but also decreased due to less manufacturing of products by the local vendors due to taxes which leads to either high prices product or no selling which is not good for economy or the local business men.

Time Management

We all have 24-hours in a day. But, why does it seem that some people are able to get the most out of every minute of the day? Believe it or not, they don’t have the power to slow down time. They do, however, know how to properly manage their time. If u can manage your time you can manage your life in a good way. Time flies is the most re-known saying which is true too every second has its importance. Every single second which just past we cant cash it in our present or in near future because it will never come back.

When it comes to time management, the first step you need to take is finding out where your time actually goes. One of the worst things that you can do is wake-up without a plan for the day. Instead of focusing on what needs to be done, you wander aimlessly and take care of more trivial matters.

That’s why you should always plan ahead using one of these options;

  • The night before. Before you leave work for the day, spend the last 15-minutes organizing your office and composing a list of your most important items for tomorrow.
  • First thing in the morning. During your morning routine write down the 3 or 4 most urgent and important matters that need to be addressed today and work on those when you’re most productive.
  • Jumping immediately from one task or meeting to the next may seem like a good use of your time, but it actually has the opposite effect. We need time to clear our minds and recharge by going for a walk, meditating, or just daydreaming. After all, the human brain can only focus for about 90-minutes at a time.
  • Without that break it’s more difficult to stay focused and motivated. Scheduling buffer-time also can prevent running late to your next meeting. I find 25-minutes between tasks and meetings an ideal amount of buffer-time.

Want to know how you can become a master of time management as well? Start by using your mind.  We have approximately 27,375 Days ( 365 days in one year multiply by 75 which is average life in years ) from which we spent 8000 Days in sleeping. We should try to manage our time and life in a way that when we depart atleast there should be something which we have given to society. Our lives should be meaningful.

According to recent reports FBR is planning to reduce taxes on imported phones which seems to be a good news for Pakistanis.

“This reduction in duty/tax is expected to increase import volume of mobiles in Pakistan,” the summary, which carries the signature of FBR Chairman Shabbar Zaidi, says. This may “to some extent, neutralize the otherwise negative impact of this measure.”

Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is one of the most ignorant chapter of our society. People just don’t want talk on this topic because according to general thinking this matter is to private. Domestic violence is not even considered as a crime because according to traditional ideology partners have complete right on their partner as if they are their private property. Not only women are victims of Domestic Violence but mostly women are the one who face it.

I would like to share a rare type of Domestic violence, that have been witnessed. It is disgusting and traumatizing. About 4 years ago, a woman with her 12 year old son shifted in a small house. She was a divorced and a single parent. Her brothers were supporting her, a small amount also came from a piece of land she owned. The lady had been in an extremely abusive marriage. Her husband was a psychopath who used to beat her with a steel rod.

Her in_laws were just as worse and encourage their son. Her husband forced her to ask her brothers for money and that was how their house expenses were regulated. She had 3 sons. Her husband refused to provide basic necessities. Didn’t get them any vaccines. Education was definitely not important to him. He was just an extremely horrible husband and an even worse father who made their lives a living a hell.

The woman some how spent 16 years with the same man. She was from a traditional family and obviously, divorce was not an option. Her eldest son, now 15, was diagnosed with a Atrial Septal Defect. Which is commonly known as a Hole in the heart.

The treatment was very expensive and could only be treated by high profile Cardiologists of Lahore and Karachi. Her Husband totally refused to cooperate and said, he really didn’t care about his son. Her in laws blamed her for giving birth to a sick child. The lady decided to take the matter to her own parents who agreed to provide the financial help but refused to accompany to Lahore as it would pull a bad social impression.

She all alone traveled and took the misery. Went to Hospitals, stayed on footpaths all for her son. Sadly, the doctors claimed it was too late, and her son passed away after 70 days of treatment.

Her horrible husband refused to pay any amounts for his burial and she had to ask her family once again. Her brother in law , grasped half the money and claimed it got used up. Her middle child, could not take the sorrow very well, and was in severe Trauma after the death of his brother.

The boy got weak. Her mother couldn’t afford any more doctors and decided to take him to local Hakeems. The hakeem messed up every thing and gave him some wrong medicines. Just after 15 days of her first son”s death , her second son passed away. Her husband blamed it all on her and very angrily established that he would revenge the death of his son.

He tried to attack her with Acid at midnight, she luckily escaped and called the police on him. Now, her family had no choice , but to get her divorce. She was now a divorce and shifted back to her city. Her brother got her a house away, to save themselves the embarrassment. The lady shifted to his new place with her son… obviously now, very strong and competent. She took a small job, got her son admitted to a school and things started to move for the better. Until one day, when her son refused to go to school. He was 16, had a bad company and was secretly in touch with his father and paternal family who influenced him into believing that her mother was a bad character.

The son was doing drugs. Asked his mother to increase the pocket money, upon receiving a light denial, he slapped his mother across the face and said,

” Tumhe mere baap nay seedha rakha tha, tum isi laik ho”

Ever since then, he had been beating his mother mercilessly. Made her cut all contacts with her family and sell her land all for his supply of drugs.

This boy, mentally sick, used to beat his mother with a steel rod. If someone from the mohalla confronted him about about it, he called him his ” Maa ka yaar ” and was just more cruel. Two days ago, her mother aged 56 passed away, after he hit her with rod in the head.

She laid on the floor and was not attended for 12 hours after which she passed away. Her son is nowhere to be found. People from neighboring and her own family arranged her burial.

Who to blame, What went wrong. When exactly did the son forget she was his mother. Please please Do Not ignore domestic violence. Report it the very first time you experience or witness it, don’t let it result into deaths. Don’t fall prey to social pressure like her and her family, don’t let a toxic man take a life.
