Sexual harassment:
Sexual harassment is totally against the ethics, in this a person harasses the other person he could be anyone male, female. Both can be of same or different gender. For example, a boy who is continuously showing creepy and weird hand gesture to a girl working with him or touching her at inappropriate spots. This is totally against ethics.
Inappropriate gestures:
Inappropriate gesture are the gestures which are considered to be offensive, cheap, ethically not accepted and which can make any one uncomfortable, facial or eye expression etc. For example, using hand gesture to abuse someone or making someone uncomfortable with facial expressions or hand movement, touching opposite gender without their concern and making them uncomfortable.
Stealing:
Stealing is totally against business ethics. For example, you are working in a firm with different people and you are stealing their things products or you are stealing the personal information of organization and leaking it to rival organizations. Stealing is against ethical norms and values and we should avoid it.
Abusive Behavior:
Abusive behavior is totally against all organization rules and regulations and it is totally unethical too. Abusive behavior can be hostile, offensive, against business interest and values. For example, an employee is quite aggressive in work place and he is troubling his colleagues and management to. He always misbehaves with HR and Admin people use offensive language at work place so it is not ethically acceptable for any firm.
Discrimination:
Discrimination is an ethical issue in an organization, discrimination is carried on basis of religion, color, race, language etc. For example if we talk about Karachi where almost all type of people are working in an organization if anyone is treated in a bad way because is he is not Muslim, or he is Sunni or Shia or anything like that and he is being treated differently from others so this is called discrimination and it is totally against ethics.
Conflicts of Interest:
Conflict of interest can be seen at many places but if it gets out of hand so its not ethically acceptable. Conflict of interest occurs when two parties have opposite opinions and they started arguing to protect and achieve their goal and they think they are right, several time conflicts of interest get people into trouble and business gets affected which is against business ethics. For example two managers are having argument because of conflict of interest and to achieve their goal they are unethical ways so its ethically wrong.
